2D Version of RSTAB |
RSTAB 7 represents the 3D framework program that meets the requirements of modern civil engineering and mirrors the current state of art.
RSTAB is used as the basic program to determine internal forces, deformations and support reactions.
For the design of various structural elements, appropriate add-on modules are available. There, specific features of the materials and national codes are considered. Also dimensioning and other special analyses (stability, dynamics, etc.) are carried out in the modules. Due to this modular layout, a package can be assembled that satisfies individual demands the most.

| User Interface The input of the structural model can be made either in a graphic interface resembling CAD systems or numericaly in tables. In addition, the context menu (right mouse button) can be used to enter data in the navigator. Thanks to the photorealistic visualization of the designed structure in the rendering mode using OpenGL-Graphic, the perfect visual control during the model design is reached. More details... |

| Design RSTAB 7 offers you a series of effective tools for quick creation of a static structural model. With the library of parametrized blocks you can generate commonly used structures or snow and wind loads according to new European standards. Advanced modeling functions facilitate creation of the model in the RSTAB program directly, thus it is not necessary to work in a different CAD program and import the data to RSTAB for a static calculation consequently. The basic program also offers a possibility to define member and support non-linearities as well as eccentric connections or elastic foundations. More details... |

| Analysis In RSTAB 7, the calculation can be carried out optionally according to the 1st or 2nd order theory or according to the large deformation analysis (Newton-Raphson) for all member types. Results of individual load cases can be superimposed within load combinations to determine decisive values for a structrural design. In the global setting, you can specify whether the shear deformation shall be considered. The list of possible errors that occured during the calculation is displayed when the analysis of several load locations ends. More details... |

| Results and Pritout Report Results can be displayed in RSTAB in a number of ways. Numeric results are presented in synoptic tables, arranged according to different criteria, in the lower part of the screen. Graphic results are viewed directly on the 3D model and are linked to results in tables. Different options to filter the results can reduce the number of displayed table lines and thus improve the overview. For more complex structures, it is possible to display the results only on a selected model part. The printout report is generated automatically and can be completed with screen graphics. | Project Manager RSTAB 7 includes Project Manager that enables to display all projects and cases synoptically, thus they can be accessed for all available actions. Individual cases can be easily moved and copied among different projects using the Drag&drop mouse operation. Graphic previews are used to find a certain case quickly. Within Project Manager, the cases and projects can be archived in the ZIP format. It represents the management center for all Dlubal projects. More details... |

| Data Exchange The data exchange among programs becomes more and more important. RSTAB 7 offers a variety of interfaces for two-way connection with external programs. Time is saved during export or import and the risk of errors is reduced. More details... |
