The individual wall surfaces were staggered from floor to floor and include large openings in addition.

It was impossible to base all of the wall surfaces on the foundation, so certain surfaces had to be supported by columns in the underground parking floor; these columns were passed into the building's base plate using an elastic foundation.

The unusual calculation method caused significant cost-efficiency results.
