The tripper car bridge is a part of the conveyor belt structure realized in Uzbekistan.
Engineering office Jürgen Ehlenz, the customer of Dlubal Software, was responsible for structural analysis and detailed design of the tripper car bridge and other parts of the conveyor system.
A tripper car moving on the bridge transports material. The associated longitudinal strip is mounted to the bridge. All drives and tensioning stations required for the operation are loaded on the bridge.
Due to the truss structure, it was possible to create a rigid and light construction.
The investor demanded to use only the Russian cross‑section available on site, which complicated construction works.
The model uses the Russian cross‑sections (GOST) from the material library and special cross section created in SHAPE‑THIN.
