The feed hopper is a part of the conveyor belt system realized in Uzbekistan.

Engineering office Jürgen Ehlenz, the customer of Dlubal Software, was responsible for structural analysis and detailed design as well as construction drawings of the feed hopper and other parts of the conveyor system.

Structure

The feed hopper used to transport the material on a continuing conveyor belt and is equipped with wheel loader.

Coarse screening is ensured by the grate located under the feed hopper. Designed impact beams prevent from abrupt feeding on the conveyor belt resting under the hopper.

The structure is supported by the circumferential box girders on concrete cellars.
