The removable grandstands are surrounded on three sides by precast seating risers in the north endzone of the Los Angeles Football club soccer stadium. The grandstands are a free-standing system. The system is comprised of aluminum trusses which are demountable from aluminum towers.

A unique installation, Conversation Plinth is a collaboration between IKD, a Boston-based architectural design firm, Bensonwood, SMARTLAM, the first CLT manufacturer in the US, and Clemson University’s Wood Utilization and Design Institute.
One of five Exhibit Columbus winners of the J. Irwin and Xenia S. Miller prize, Conversation Plinth is designed to generate conversation around the use of hardwood CLTs in US construction. While softwood CLTs have been used in North America in the construction of mid-to-high-rise buildings, the hardwood variety has only been available in Europe.

In September 2017, the Design Building at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst was completed. The $52 million project is one of the largest timber structures in the USA and one of the largest wood-concrete composite projects in the world.
In 2016, NEDCON got the assignment to install the steelwork for two fully automated distribution centers for two supermarket companies. One distribution center is located in the US state of Michigan and the other distribution center in the Canadian province of Alberta.

The Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts located in Kansas City, MO has a floor space of 286,000 ft². The glass atrium is the signature feature of this building (dimensions L x W x H: 317 ft x 73 ft x 70 ft) which connects the main entry to both performance venues.

The new Candlewood Suites on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama, opened in 2016, is the first cross‑laminated timber (CLT) hotel constructed in the United States.
This four story hotel with 92 units serves the lodging needs of the Redstone Army post. The walls, floors/roofs, and stair and elevator shafts feature 56,700 ft3 of CLT material and 1,200 ft3 of glulam material.

Each chandelier consists of hanging glass plates, which are point-supported from brackets on stainless steel rings.
