The add-on includes an optimized input workflow. We have good news: All required input values are imported directly from the main program RFEM/RSTAB. You can also use powerful eigenvalue solvers (such as Lanczos, subspace iteration, and others) to calculate up to 9,999 eigenvalues.
Response Spectrum Analysis for RFEM 6 / RSTAB 9
Interested in a seismic analysis for your design project? Then the Response Spectrum Analysis add-on is right for you. Using the multi-modal response spectrum method, the program carries out a full seismic analysis so you can be sure of the stability of your project. You can create user-defined response spectra or automatically generate them from the various standards. Integrate the seismic results with other static load cases for a full structural design check.
An extensive library of accelerograms from seismic zones is also available in the add-on. You can use them to generate the response spectra as well.
Pushover Analysis for RFEM 6 / RSTAB 9
Earthquakes may have a significant impact on the deformation behavior of buildings. A pushover analysis allows you to analyze the deformation behavior of buildings and compare them with seismic actions. Using the Pushover add-on, you can analyze the seismic actions on a particular building and thus assess whether the building can withstand the earthquake.
