Reinforcement Concept

Glossary Term

A reinforcement concept displays the required reinforcement surface with the available reinforcing bars.

In the case of the geometric distribution of the reinforcing bars, it takes into account the user-defined boundary conditions, such as the diameter, distribution and environmental conditions as well as the required anchorage lengths.

The resulting reinforcement concept is displayed numerically in a table and additionally visualized in a 3D reinforcement sketch.
