Glossary Term
Service phases are regulated in the HOAI and describe the individual service profiles within the construction planning. They are divided into 9 parts.
In the HOAI, the individual service profiles are described as follows:
- Basic determination
- Pre -planning
- Preliminary design
- Architectural design
- Final Planning
- Preparation of the award
- Participation in the award
- Object surveillance
- Facility management, documentation
For area planning (land -use planning and landscape planning), the service phases are designed specifically according to the respective requirements.
