The softlock license is not available, what can I do?Answer
Thank you for your inquiry. Please try the following first:
- Start RFEM/RSTAB as administrator by clicking the icon on the right and selecting 'Run as Administrator'.
- Import the Author.ini file again, and then restart the program.
- If this did not work, send me the authorization.txt, which you can create via Help → Authorization → Diagnostics.
Have you changed the hardware of your computer, changed another computer or the operating system, or reinstalled it since the last functional activation?
