Question

In a system, I removed a loaded member.

When I try to run a calculation, the error message appears saying that the member does not exist.

How can I quickly delete the loads that I no longer need in RSTAB?

Answer

When you delete members, the member loads remain because you might need them later.

If you now want to delete the member loads that are no longer assigned to any member, you can do this quickly by selecting the menu "Tools" -> "Delete Loads" -> "Not Used Loads" (see figure).

This function allows you to delete all load cases, whose model data were deleted (no longer exist). Now, you can calculate the model.
