Description

We selected the most commonly used civil engineering equations and formulas used in both education and in practice.
This first part will cover formulas utilized by structural and civil engineers daily when performing a structural analysis and design.
Beginning with calculating a bending moment, we explain the concept and theory. We continue with deflections and cross-section properties which are important when designing structural components. And finally, we will focus on action combinations and their safety factors.
