How can I change the axis system of a line or a bar?


Right-click the line or member. Then, use the shortcut menu to select the function "Reverse Line Orientation" or "Reverse Member Orientation" (see Figure 01).

You can rotate the line or member axis system by using a rotation angle that you can define in the "Edit Line" or "Edit Member" dialog box (see Figure 2). Alternatively, the member can also align it to a help node.
