Question

The authorization of the program failed. The diagnostic file includes "Error 0x1772 (6002): Specified License Manager could not be found". Why?


Answer:
Please open the services under Control Panel → Administrative Tools and check whether the "Sentinel LDK License Manager" service is running. If necessary, restart the service. Please also set the "Automatically" startup type for this service (see Image 01).

If that does not solve the problem, it is probably caused by the dongle driver. Please reinstall it. The installation is described in the following FAQ:
