When opening a model file, I get the warning message saying that "dangling pointers have been fixed." What does this message mean?

Answer

If RFEM 6 detects a corrupted database when opening a file, the program automatically repairs the database. The warning message shown in Image 01 informs you about this process.

After confirming the warning by clicking OK, you should check the model manually again.

Important!

To permanently apply the repairs in the database, you have to save the model.
