Please check the orientations of all supports, members, and surfaces, and thus the orientations of the loads. It is helpful to display the respective coordinate systems via the Display navigator (Figure 01).
If this does not solve the problem, use a load case as simple as possible, in which the deformation is easy to understand. Consult the distribution of internal forces and deformations to detect possible rotations or missing connections (Figure 02). To detect rotated loads on surfaces, you can also use the "Load distribution" option in the results (Figure 03).
Quite often, there is no apparent connection between a surface and a member. Here, the FE mesh can also show if the connection exists.
If the asymmetry remains afterwards, use a copy of the model and delete successive elements to find the cause of the missing symmetry.
If all this fails, please send the model to our hotline with a note stating which tests you have already performed.

The generated wind loads acting on these objects can be imported to RFEM or RSTAB.
