Dlubal Software records the following data as part of a Geo-load query.
User-Related Data:
- Date and time of the Geo-load query
- IP address
- If you are logged into your Dlubal account when using the service, we also save the following user-related data:
- User's email address
- User's reference number in our CRM system
Technical Data:
- Number of free test contingents used by a company
- Used and remaining number of purchased Geo-load queries of a company
- Reference number of the Geo-load query
- Load zone, load zone map, and their ID
- Load zone type (snow load, wind speed, or seismic load zones)
- Standard and Annex
- Longitude, latitude, and altitude
- Street, ZIP code, city, and country of the location query
