This applies to you
  • You have a degree in civil engineering or mechanical engineering.
  • You have experience as a structural designer or civil engineer and are familiar with structural analysis according to the Eurocode.
  • You have worked in project management or as a team leader for more than three years.
  • You have a hands-on mentality, care about your team, and do not see this position as a 9-to-5 job.
  • You have a very good command of spoken and written German (at least C1) and good English (at least B2).

Your Contribution to Success
  • Leadership in focus: You will coordinate the entire support team. You are always ready to listen and you know the strengths and weaknesses of your colleagues. In particular, you will support new hires during their induction with valuable feedback sessions.
  • Knack for systems and structure: With a talent for organization, you will make sure the hotline runs smoothly and assign engineers to the necessary training and demos.
  • Commitment: You will support management decisions, develop new ideas to improve customer support, and work primarily with product development and sales team leaders.
  • Everything under control: You have a head for figures and use important key figures to support strategic decisions. This includes, for example, tracking submitted support requests, measuring customer satisfaction, and identifying particular customer challenges.
  • Resolving customer queries: It goes without saying that you will lead by example and, just like your support team, help our users answer their questions, whether by email or phone.
  • Expand our Dlubal Academy: By leveraging your expertise, our users will be able to gain a deeper understanding of the software. Transform customer inquiries into valuable technical articles, FAQ, and product features.
