Working Student/Civil Engineer – Support & Product Development | Leipzig

As a working student, you will bring your passion for structural engineering to our team, playing an active role in support and product development. You help our users, like students, with technical software questions, and you also crunch numbers and test scenarios for Dlubal products. You'll be a great addition to our team, helping our users in all areas with your technical product support and involvement in designing the programs.

• You are enrolled in civil engineering.
• You have already gained basic structural engineering knowledge in the design of structural components.
• You have some experience in dealing with structural FEA and frame & truss analysis software, ideally with Dlubal programs, of course.
• You have a very good command of spoken and written German (at least C1) and good English (at least B2).

• Analyzing structures: You will use our state-of-the-art structural analysis software to model and analyze exciting structures. You will help customers realize their projects by providing assistance with specific challenges or problems.
• Teamwork and support: As an integral part of our team, you will contribute to the creation of technical manuals and images. Your work ensures that our documentation is not only understandable, but also practical and user-friendly. We also exchange ideas with our international colleagues.
• Development and programming: You will be involved in the development of our software and will support the programmers with your knowledge of structural design. You will run tests and be responsible for certain aspects of software development. Your opinion is in demand and you can have an active say in the issues you are in charge of.
• Setting up Dlubal Academy: You will use your expertise in the construction industry to further develop our website as a central knowledge platform. You will write technical articles, create easy-to-follow instructions, and turn development content into clear tutorials that help beginners and experts alike.
