### Concept

The parametrized input of model and load data makes use of certain variables (e.g. length, width, traffic load, etc.), which are called "parameters" and are stored in a parameter list.

The parameters can be used in formulas to determine a numerical value. The formulas are edited in the Formula Editor. If a parameter is modified in the parameters list, the results of all formulas using this parameter are adjusted.

The parametrized input is useful for projects where many changes can be expected. The formulas of the geometry and load input are stored in the model data. The parametrized input is also quite suitable for editing recurring models that are similar in design: Simply open a template file and adjust the parameters.
