The thesis path represents the research of a new solution, more conscious, sound and appropriate to the peculiarities and fragility of these territories, guided by the purpose of providing an original and visionary response.

The personal research, made up also of meetings, interchanges and dialogues, takes the form of a path of experimentation that has the Spluga Valley as its object of study: an internal Italian area and a mountain territory along the border between Lombardy and Switzerland. The first response is the design of a Vision, which is implemented within an area of action defined by a structured territorial strategy. The final aim is the development of a synergic educational network, which will bring together the entire heritage of the valley and allow a deep understanding of it.

The research goes as far as the application of strategic principles to one case of intervention: the Officine Spluga. This is the pilot project of the strategy, designed in a holistic vision based on the values of environmental sustainability, quality of life, useful innovation and circular economy.

With the free student license, I can familiarize myself with the software and use it during my studies

"RSTAB is a software program that I recently discovered and which is very helpful for the calculation of steel structures. With the available webinars on the Dlubal website, I have familiarized myself with the various functions of the program. With the free student license, I can familiarize myself with the software and use it during my studies. I especially recommend it to civil engineering students."
