Cross-Section Library with Cross-Section Types
The screenshot shows the “Select Cross-Section from Library” dialog box, which includes various categories for defining material cross-sections. In addition to standard steel sections, thin-walled and thick-walled configurations (I and II) are available. Other options include composite cross-sections, hybrid cross-sections, and simple member geometries. A separate section allows for the importation of your own cuts or the use of the RSECTION software to define complex shapes using a stiffness matrix.
