The project utilizes a three-level design crafted from local stone and arranged in terraced blocks with defined urban alignments. The external envelope features dynamic flares that mitigate sunlight and emphasize the surrounding maritime landscape. The interiors incorporate mobile partition systems for reconfigurable educational and community spaces. Independent functional zones include an agora, gymnasium, and cultural centre.
