The new Nautical Institute project in Gallipoli integrates educational spaces and sustainable design elements.
The project develops on three levels as a monolithic block of local stone, structured by a system of terraces and accesses that guide movement. The external envelope features variable flares that manage sunlight and highlight the surrounding maritime landscape. Interior spaces are flexible with mobile partitions and include an agora, gymnasium, and cultural centre tailored for education and community use.
