Modern Nautical Institute with terraced stone design | Evocative, sustainable educational and community center
The project unites educational needs with sustainable design using local stone. The monolithic structure develops on three levels with terraced accesses following urban and visual directions. The external envelope features adjustable flares that mitigate sunlight and accentuate the maritime landscape. The interior spaces incorporate mobile partitions to create flexible, autonomous functional zones including an agora, gymnasium, and cultural center.
