Defining criteria of the bracing surface: type "Surface"
In the “Bracing” tab of the surface transfer dialog box, select the “Surface” type. The stress direction of the surface is set to the x-axis, as illustrated by a schematic diagram with a local coordinate system. Under “Members connected to surface,” secondary beams (member numbers 53, 54, 60–64, 91, 92) and longitudinal beams (33–38, 45–50) are specified. In the “Remove influence from” section, members 39–44 and members parallel to them are excluded.
