3D Finite Element Analysis and Design

Structural engineering FEA software RFEM is the basis of a modular software system. RFEM is used to define structures, materials, and loads for planar and spatial structural systems consisting of plates, walls, shells and members.

The program also allows you to create combined structures as well as model solid and contact elements.

Application of Nonlinear Material Laws

RF-MAT NL allows you to apply the nonlinear material laws in RFEM.

Thus, you can define the "Isotropic Masonry 2D" material model, among other things.

Assessing the Structural Behaviour of Masonry in RFEM

By using the structural analysis software RFEM and the RF‑MAT NL add‑on module, it is possible to assess the structural behaviour of masonry realistically.
