Glossary Term




In a load combination (CO), the loads from the included load cases are listed and calculated as a whole.

Partial safety factors and combination coefficients as well as the consequences classes are also taken into account.

The calculation of load combinations can be performed according to the geometrically linear analysis, the second-order analysis, or the large deformation analysis. The 'Postcritical analysis' option allows you to perform the analysis according to the large deformation analysis with regard to the post-critical failure of the entire structure.
