AnswerThe causes for the CLONED status can vary. To help us solve this problem, please provide us with the following information.
Please send us the C2V file of NET-SOFTLOCK. To do this, open the Admin Control Center on the server at http: // localhost: 1947. Under Sentinel Keys, you can find the CLONED NET softlock and a "C2V" button at the end of the table.
- Was the NET-SOFTLOCK operated on a virtual machine or a physical server?
- Have you modified the hardware?
- When operating on a VM, has it been moved to a different host?
The following procedure must be used to remove the cloned license:
1. Go to http: // localhost: 1947 to access the Admin Control Center (ACC).
Second In the "Admin Control Center" (ACC), locate the target license "Sentinel SL AdminMode".
Third Click on the "Certificates" button on the right side of the SL description.
4th Record the name of the corresponding certificate and the path to the certificate base in the Certificates section: The default path is: C: / Program Files (x86) / Common Files / SafeNet Sentinel / Sentinel LDK / installed
5th Delete the certificate file in the directory C: / Program Files (x86) / Common Files / SafeNet Sentinel / Sentinel LDK / installed
6th Restart the server.
