For the design of steel surfaces, please use the add-on module RF-STEEL Surfaces. If you also want to consider local buckling, the add-on modules RF-STABILITY (for buckling shape and buckling loads) and RF-IMP (for determining the imperfection shape, based on the buckling shape) are also recommended.
It is right that the rib members defined in the structure are not considered when calculating realistic deformations in state II. However, you can solve this issue by displaying the downstand beams not as rib member but by replacing them as surface model. Thus, the complete slab can be displayed as plate structure and designed with RF-CONCRETE NL in RF-CONCRETE Surfaces.

Wind Simulation & Wind Load Generation
With the stand-alone program RWIND Simulation, wind flows around simple or complex structures can be simulated by means of a digital wind tunnel.
The generated wind loads acting on these objects can be imported to RFEM or RSTAB.
