My printout report is not printed. All other file formats, such as PDF, DOC and so on, can be printed on my printer. When printing the printout report (old and new files), no message appears in the printer folder. Also, there is no error message. The export to a PDF works fine, but the print as PDF does not work either.
Can you help me?
The problems with the printout are usually caused by obsolete or corrupted printer drivers.
Please try the following:
- Close the Dlubal Software program.
- In Windows, open the settings for your printers and scanners.
- Select another printer (for example, a PDF printer) as the default printer.
- Open the Dlubal Software program and try the print again.
