According to EN 1991‑1‑3, the snow load must be multiplied by the factor of 0.8 for the snow load on a roof. Therefore, the following load results:
sk = 5 kN/m² × 0.8 = 4 kN/m²
If the load has already been calculated for the roof, you can enter the load completely under the user-defined loads. This is shown in Figure 01 and in the video.

In Task Manager, this can be displayed as an active app and as a background process called "Windows Installer."If Windows Installer is still displayed in Task Manager after restarting the computer, it can be selected and closed by clicking the "End Task" button.Then, you can carry out the desired installation.
We have received a NET softlock and activated it successfully on the license server. However, after the installation of the programs on a user's PC, the "Authorization" dialog box appears when starting the program. If I select the "Use full version" option and refer to the authorization file, I get a message saying that the license has already been activated. What should I do?
AnswerIf there is no authorization file already being used on the computer, the program tries to reactivate the softlock. Since this is already active, the corresponding message appears. There are two ways to apply the already activated license to the clients.
- Select the "Use demo version" option in the "Authorization" dialog box and load the authorization file as follows: Help → Authorization → Load Authorization File
- Rename the AUTHOR.ini file to AUTHORE.ini and save it in the directory C:\ProgramData\Dlubal\Global\General Data.
AnswerThe license drivers are digitally signed. If you try to install a new license driver that is missing in the existing signature of your operating system, the corresponding message appears.
To fix this problem, please run Windows Update. After you restart the operating system, the installation should be completed.
