Thin-Walled Analysis in RSECTION 1
This article is discussing the thin-walled analysis method in RSECTION 1, with which the section properties for both gross and effective cross-sections are calculated analytically (based on the section’s elements).

The limit stress is activated, but my stress ratio is “non-designable” in the Stress-Strain Analysis add-on. What could be the reason?
- How do I define effective lengths when designing steel members in RFEM 6?
- Is it possible to change the properties of members or surfaces in the individual construction stages, such as their location?
- In RFEM 6, is it possible to display a graphic with the distribution of the required reinforcement in the DIN A0 format?
- I have trouble with design of a steel structure. For a singly symmetric cross-section (UPE), the program cannot perform the stability analysis. It reports that the Equivalent Member Method 6.3.3 is not applicable for an unsymmetrical cross-section. Is it possible to design such cross-sections in the program?

Where can I find the graphical results of punching shear in the concrete design? Especially the distribution of shear forces at the critical perimeter or the punching loads.
- Is it possible to display the reinforcement description in RFEM 6?
- I would like to export nodal support forces of several load cases, load combinations and result combinations into an Excel spreadsheet in RFEM 6. How should I proceed?
