What is your working day like?

  • You support our customers in setting up, installing and licensing the Dlubal structural engineering software and are their most important contact person in customer onboarding.
  • You answer support requests for licensing via a ticket system and help users to use their software at all times.
  • You introduce customers to our customer portal and thus ensure an optimal introduction to the use of our software.
  • You will work closely with our development team to collect feedback from users and continuously improve our products.
  • You support Dlubal customers via email and phone, while keeping the customer data in the CRM system up to date at all times.
