My license does not work, what can I do?


Answer:

Try to download and install the latest drivers for Sentinel HASP by using this link:

First, unzip the downloaded file. Uninstall the drivers using the remove.cmd file, then reinstall them using the install.cmd file.

If this does not help, please send the generated text file from the menu Help → Authorization → Diagnostics… to the contact address of the customer support for your region.
