Serviceability Configuration – Minimum or Maximum Relative/Absolute Value

Configuration options for using relative and absolute extreme values in serviceability.

The graphic shows configuration options for serviceability limit state design, which allow you to select minimum or maximum values for relative and absolute deformations. These options are available in the design add-ons for steel, glass, aluminum, and timber. They allow for the specification of two limit values, the extreme value of which is governing for the design.
