In addition to the relative and absolute values and their sum, the following options are also available for the serviceability limit state design:
- Minimum of the relative and absolute values
- Maximum of the relative and absolute values
These definition types are available in the serviceability configuration of the Steel Design, Glass Design, Aluminum Design, and Timber Design add-ons.
These options allow you to define two limit values (absolute + relative) for the deformation analysis. The extreme value from the limit values is then used as the governing value for the design.
