Dears,
I am new one with RFEM. Could anyone help me to instruct how to model this structure.
The edges connection (holes and cables) of the membrane can be model in RFEM?

I would divide the calculation into two parts. First, I would verify the membrane and the steel structure in the complete system. I would connect the membrane to the edge member over the whole length.

In a second model, I would take a closer look at the details with the openings and the cables. It might be enough to model just a few openings and cables. The curve of the membrane can probably be neglected.

The advantage of this approach is that it is not necessary to mesh the boundaries as finely as when the openings are taken into account in the overall model.
