With the "Values on Surfaces" category in the upper section of the Results navigator, you can switch the display of result values on and off. Here, you can also define the result type(s) whose values are displayed.
The "Values on Surfaces" category in the lower section of the Results navigator manages the settings that you can use to influence the output and display of result values.
Result Categories
Under the "Values on Surfaces" menu item in the upper section of the Results navigator, you can select one of the following three result categories:
- Current Selection
- Groups
- Specific
Settings for Result Values
The display properties of results can be set in the lower section under the "Values on Surfaces" menu item. The following options are available:
Extreme Values
By selecting the "Extreme Values" check box, you can control whether to only display the extreme values of results.
On grid and user-defined points / On FE mesh points
Result values can be displayed on grid points (user-defined points are in preparation) or on FE mesh points.
Symbols / Numbering / Transparent
The last three "Values on Surfaces" check boxes in the lower navigator section control how the values are displayed.
- Symbols: The result type (u,m1,σz) is specified additionally.
- Numbering: The number of the grid point&nbs;R or the FE grid point N is displayed.
- Transparent: The values are displayed without a frame or background.
