Direct Interface to Autodesk Revit 2021‑2023

You have more options now! We have expanded the direct interface to Autodesk Revit to include the versions 2021 and 2023. They allow you to exchange the models bidirectionally now. Thus, you can now control the analytical or physical object properties separately from each other in the link to Revit 2023.

Connecting Plate Component

We are also constantly working on the improvements to our add-ons. Using the Connection Plate component, you can automatically create a new gusset plate in the Steel Joints add-on. You can thus save separate components, and the other elements, such as a cap plate and a slide plate, are thus automatically taken into account with their dimensions.

Definition of Weld Material in Steel Joints Add-on

Material of Weld

Connections are often complicated. We have a new feature for you that will help you! A weld seam connects two sheets with different materials? In the Steel Joints add-on, you can now select in a combo box which one of both materials should be used for the weld.

Shear Resistance of Bolts

We have another new feature for you. To determine the shear resistance of the bolts, you can now specify in the Steel Joints add-on whether a shank or a thread lies in the shear joint.

Special projects are often not very easy to implement. All the better when everything fits in the end! The "Zinsbergbahn" project was certainly anything but standard. There were many challenges for the Grabner Stahlbau team to be solved – but the result is impressive!
