您可以使用面释放，但需要用自己的面分隔重叠部分。 Overlapping surfaces should be avoided in general and can be checked by the "Model Check" (Tools → Model Check → Overlapping Surfaces). Please watch the video file (see the link below) to see the approach. As an alternative, you can add a "Contact Solid" between two surfaces.
