On the 8th of March, we celebrate International Women's Day! What is it about? The holiday originated before the First World War; that is, over 100 years ago.
It all began as an initiative of socialist organizations in the struggle for equality, the right to vote for women, and the emancipation of women workers. Even today, this day is still considered a symbol of female assertiveness.
At Dlubal Software, the 8th of March has a special meaning, too. In our company, men and women work side by side – this should be taken for granted these days anyway.
We are proud to have strong women in our company, who counter the stereotype of the male-dominated software and construction industry. After all, gender has nothing to do with the performance our colleagues show every day.
We have a colorful mix of teams, we enjoy working together, and we do our best together to make Dlubal Software programs better and better!
Whether in the application phase, the induction phase, or during many years of work at Dlubal – gender is irrelevant. We work with people, not with genders! And the success of our software speaks for itself.
