Typical Workday as Administration Team Member

Then, we jump right into coordinating: forwarding customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, approving licenses, and creating new orders in the structural system.
Throughout the day, we collaborate with colleagues from support, sales, and our international locations, often via Microsoft Teams or in person. We keep track of ongoing processes and provide support wherever needed.

Among other tasks, we also handle issues such as approving courses for students, checking invoices, and adjusting digital workflows in our tools. Our tasks vary, but our mission remains the same: to keep things running smoothly in the background and contribute to the bigger picture.
