Our application process consists of several steps: You submit your application documents via our website. Within the next 48 hours, we will review your application and the HR team will arrange an initial telephone interview. This is followed by a virtual interview with our COO. In the next step, we will invite you to a trial day. This is not only to see if you are a good fit for our Dlubal team, but also to give you the opportunity to get to know our corporate culture and working conditions.

A working day in Customer Support starts with an overview of upcoming tasks. First of all, the system emails are monitored in order to document news, such as bugs or customer requests. Afterwards, the open requests are lined up in the personal inbox, before the further concerns of our customers are processed in the general inbox.

If you are tasked with answering the phone that day, the phone rings from time to time. Questions are directly answered, problems solved, and targeted support is provided. Recurring topics are documented in new FAQ entries so that similar issues can be solved more quickly in the future. And if a particularly tricky case arises, the team works together on a solution – so everyone learns something new.

After a lunch break together, the afternoon starts with fresh energy. The focus continues to be on helping our customers quickly and easily.
