For relatively frequently occurring structures, you can open different generators by using the menu bar "Tools" -> "Generate Model - Members (Surfaces)". If you cannot find the template you need, take a look at Block Manager. It can be opened via the menu "File" -> "Block Manager" and is similar to the Project Manager. Under the corresponding list items, you can find numerous parameterized structures, such as for silos or masts. Also, you can parameterize structures that you have modeled and then save them as a block.
