The controller has integrated Twitter components on this website. Twitter is a multilingual, publicly accessible microblogging service where users can publish and share tweets; that is, short messages that are limited to 140 characters. These short messages are available to everyone, including people who are not logged on to Twitter. Tweets are also displayed to the followers of the respective user. Followers are Twitter users who follow another user's tweets. Furthermore, Twitter enables a broad audience to be addressed via hashtags, links, or retweets.
