First Steps with RFEM
Question
I have entered a steel connection in RFEM and now want to get the results printed. However, the line supports, and the nodal supports are displayed larger than the structure. How do I adjust the support size to my structure?
Answer
The program tries to adjust the support sizes automatically according to the structure size.
In some cases, however, it may be necessary or desired to change the display size. To access the display properties, select the "Options" → "Display Properties" → "Edit" pull-down menu. The display properties of the nodal and line support are under the generic term 'Model Data.'
The display properties window can also be opened by right-clicking the object to be changed in the display and selecting the "Display Properties" option in the shortcut menu. This automatically opens the display property of the corresponding object for editing.
