We provide hints and tips to help you get started with the main programs RFEM and RSTAB.
I have entered a steel connection in RFEM and want to print out the results. However, graphical display shows line and nodal supports bigger than the structure.
How can I adjust the support size to my structure?
Generally, the support sizes are automatically optimized according to the structure size by default.
However, it is necessary or required in many cases to change the display size. In the menu, open "Options" -> "Display Properties" -> "Edit". You can find display properties of nodal and line supports are under "Model Data".
The Display Properties dialog box can also be opened by right-clicking the object to be modified in the display and selecting the "Display Properties" option in shortcut menu. In this way, display properties of the corresponding object can be automatically opened to edit them.

Your support is by far the best
“Thank you very much for the useful information.
I would like to pay a compliment to your support team. I am always impressed how quickly and professionally the questions are answered. In the industry of structural analysis, I use several software including service contract, but your support is by far the best.”
