Your Mission at Dlubal Software

As a design engineer, you make an important contribution to the development of a new CAD program. In this role, you will be the link between our users and the software development team for CAD. Your experience provides valuable input for the design of Dlubal software products. You develop new program concepts, present newly built features, and support our users to take full advantage of the successful structural analysis and CAD programs, always driven by our motto "Enjoy Structural Analysis…".

This Applies to You
  • You have completed training as a civil engineer or design engineer.
  • You have already gained five years of professional experience in this field.
  • You have already created design plans (position plans, reinforcement drawings, or workshop plans) in Service Phases 3 through 5.
  • You are familiar with the CAD programs Allplan, Strakon, Revit, Tekla, and AutoCAD.
  • Ideally, you already have experience in the field of BIM-oriented modeling.
  • You are determined, committed, and service-oriented.
  • You have a very good command of spoken and written German (at least C1) and good English (at least B2).

Your Contribution to Success
  • Link between application and development: You will use your practical experience to improve our structural analysis software in the area of CAD. You will get important customer feedback, draft suitable concepts for CAD functions and BIM features, and coordinate these with the software development team.
  • Become a helping hand for users: Your adventure begins with extensive training in the Dlubal programs and then in direct contact with our users in the CAD & BIM field. Whether by email or phone, you are always on hand to solve technical queries about our programs and put a smile on our users' faces at the end of the day.
  • Conduct training: Whether for your colleagues or our customers, you will use your expertise to train participants in the CAD and BIM programs and show them the latest CAD and BIM features.
  • Competitive analysis: Keep an eye on the market, observe other software solutions, and analyze which extensions Dlubal products still need to provide an even better customer experience.
