- You have a degree in civil engineering (ideally with a focus on steel structures/structural design) or mechanical engineering
- Ideally, you have already gained experience as a structural engineer or structural analyst and have in-depth knowledge in the design of steel structures and connections according to Eurocode 3
- You have analytical skills for the evaluation and implementation of national and international standards
- You already have experience in handling FEM and structural analysis programs, ideally the Dlubal programs, such as RFEM or RSTAB
- You are interested in software development and enjoy designing and presenting technical solutions
- You are strong in communication and enjoy interacting with users, developers, and customers
- You have very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2) in both spoken and written form
- Link between application and development: You are the interface between our customers/users and our programmers/developers. You gather important customer feedback, design appropriate concepts for software improvement, and coordinate them with the software development team.
- Becoming a structural engineering all-rounder: Your adventure begins with supporting our users in the first six months in Solution Engineering. Whether by email or phone - you are always there to solve technical inquiries about our programs and put a smile on our users' faces at the end of the day.
- Quality and product management: To not only meet but exceed the expectations of the Dlubal Community, you are also responsible for quality assurance through program tests and comparison calculations. At the same time, you create important analyses as a basis for programming and technical documentation, such as manuals, technical articles, product features.
- Educational presentations: You present our software in webinars and at trade fairs, seminars, or conferences, where you also represent our company Dlubal Software. You also support our sales team with technical questions, training, and demonstrations to ensure an optimal customer experience.
