Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking an innovative and driven Sales Representative who is excited to take on a dynamic, people-focused sales career in the AEC software industry. If you're ready for a role that combines creativity and sales skills with technical solutions, we want to hear from you!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with prospective clients to create and drive new sales opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns, including warm calling, cold calling, email outreach, virtual meetings, and in-person meetings.
  • Represent Dlubal at trade shows, exhibitions, and relevant conferences to showcase our software solutions.
  • Use prospecting tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to identify and engage with potential clients.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations that highlight the features and benefits of our software.
  • Work closely with technical teams to arrange tailored product demonstrations for clients.
  • Manage follow-ups with qualified leads, ensuring a positive and persistent approach.
  • Oversee the complete sales process from initial contact through negotiation to close.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
  • 1-3 years of experience in software sales, preferably in the architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), infrastructure, or related project-based industries.
  • Experience using CRM tools to track engagement with prospects and clients.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively in both virtual and in-person settings.
  • Willingness to travel up to 33% of the time.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Based in the Philadelphia, PA area.
