Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking an innovative and driven Sales Representative who is excited to take on a dynamic, people-focused career in the AEC software industry. If you're ready for a role that combines creativity with your sales skills, we want to hear from you!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Qualify and coordinate leads before arranging targeted appointments for our sales engineers.
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach approaches, including warm calling, cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Use prospecting tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to identify and engage with potential clients.
  • Create and deliver compelling conversations that highlight the features and benefits of our software.
  • Manage follow-ups with qualified leads, ensuring a positive and persistent approach.
  • Consistently meet and exceed activity targets and goals.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or appointment setting preferred. Experience with software sales or the AEC industry a bonus.
  • Comfortable with high call volume and repetitive outreach.
  • Experience using CRM tools to track engagement with prospects and clients.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Based in the Philadelphia, PA area.
